    Hello Aimee
Thank you for visiting my blog -‘enchantée’. Living in France IS very special but your life in Hawaii also sounds idyllic…mouthwatering infact! There is so much in your blog that I will have to take some time out to explore – thank you.
    All the best
    Lydia

ps a completely random comment, but I love the way the French say your name *Aimee*, in just the way they would say’loved’in french. Quite obvious, as it is a French name, but it still surprised me the first time I heard it.

I also love the spelling of your name . . . Aimee . . . beautiful. Your recipes sound absolutely deicious. I am vegetarian and have decided, after reading about Almond Milk, to give it a try. I have been drinking Horizon Organic. At one time I drank the Rice Milk and tired of it and not particularly fond of soy. I look forward to reading your blog often. Thanks for giving me the nudge to try almond. Mary

Aimee! Very luscious and sensible food ideas! I bought a papaya today with the intention of enjoying a smoothie in the a.m. before work. The fragrant and colorful loveliness here in this small town in eastern Washington is helping steer me toward better food choices. Tables at the farmers market are heaped with greens and those darling young sweet Walla Walla onions. A big bag of pea shoots was yummy to munch on, to toss into a stir fry, and to add to a salad. What’s your favorite salad dressing? xxox

So glad to hear the fruits of that small town are ripening! Hmmm…favorite salad dressing? Probably a simple vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
